So far this session, our Playground Reps have:
- Had our initial meeting and agreed on our action points for the year.
- Introduced ‘Loose Parts Play’ to our playground. Loose parts are ‘open ended play materials that have lots of possible uses – our learners are loving their break and lunch times!
- Created a ‘Park Zone’, making use of our local park area at break and lunchtimes.
- Began planning our 2019 playground audit to gain feedback from learners about what they are enjoying in the playground and what we need to improve.
